💡 6 Step Content Marketing Strategy Plan To Effectively Use & Repurpose Your Content 📚
In the ever-evolving landscape of blogging and online business, finding innovative ways to make the most of your resources can be a game-changer. One resource is PLR.
In this blog post I’m going to walk through how to create a content strategy.
You can use the content you get and turn it from just content into a plan that once you put into place will work for you. This plan has you using the PLR in a strategic way to help you get traffic, share your blog posts, and engage your audience.
You’re going to use PLR, as well as repurpose it in multiple ways.
Throughout this post the example will be my Coping With Anxiety Through Journaling PLR content, but you can use any of my PLR and specifically my Blog Series & Marketing Kits because there will be less work on your part. I’ve designed them to help you get traffic, share with your audience, and engage your community.
6 Step Process To Effectively Use Content In Your Marketing Efforts
For this content strategy plan, I’ll walk you through the process of unlocking the full potential of your PLR or content you’ve written yourself. This plan will help you make sure they shine as valuable assets in your arsenal.
Step 1: Create a Comprehensive Blog Post
Even though you have 5 blog posts to use you can take the 26-Page Canva Report and condense it into a well-structured, informative blog post.
Make sure that you condense the report because the blog posts are the same content but repurposed as a report.
This post can serve as a cornerstone piece that provides an overview of coping with anxiety through journaling.
I would use the five blog post topic titles as a section of the pillar post and then at the end, of the section tell them they can read more here… and then you can link to the blog post provided.
Be sure to optimize it for SEO using the provided long-tail keywords.
For example here are the topic titles that are included in the Coping With Anxiety Through Journaling PLR:
- The Benefits of Journaling for Anxiety
- Different Types of Journaling for Anxiety
- 5 Ways to Instantly Ease Anxiety Through Journaling
- 5 Journaling Prompt Ideas to Help Tackle Anxiety
- 5 Tips for Journaling for Anxiety
I would write an intro, read each article, and then condense it into the pillar post. Once you have all 5 sections, you’ll want to write a conclusion.
In each section, I would link to the longer article that is included with the blog series & marketing kit (see below).
One easy way to condense the articles is to use ChatGPT or another AI software. Make sure that they continue to use the same writing style and voice of the article.
Step 2: Add the Supporting Blog Posts To the Site
Take the blog posts provided in the PLR pack and add them to your site. These supporting posts will provide more in-depth insights and provide a great way to link from one article to another on your site.
You’ll also want to link these to the pillar post. These go more in-depth of the topic.
Step 3: Leverage Email Marketing
Add the 5 Intro To Blog Post Emails to your broadcast emails, as well as throughout your welcome email sequence – they will help you engage with your audience effectively.
These emails can serve as teasers or summaries of your blog posts.
Use them to encourage readers to visit your blog and explore the detailed content you’ve created.
Step 4: Enhance Social Media Presence
The 50 Social Media Posts are a goldmine for boosting your social media presence.
Share these bite-sized pieces of content related to coping with anxiety through journaling on your social platforms. Create a content calendar and schedule regular posts to keep your audience engaged and informed.
Make sure to create a call to action and link back to the blog posts or cornerstone blog post.
Step 5: Visual Appeal with Royalty-Free Images
The Bonus Royalty-Free Images can complement your blog posts and social media content. Use them to add visual appeal and reinforce your messaging.
You can also create eye-catching graphics or infographics to share on social media.
Step 6: Repurpose for Other Content Formats
Consider repurposing your blog content into different formats, such as podcasts, videos, or webinars. This allows you to reach a broader audience and engage those who prefer different content mediums.
Why Should You Repurpose?
The steps above have you using all parts of the Blog Series & Marketing Kit PLR or repurposing content you’ve written or purchased. It is way easier to take what you’ve already created and turn it into several pieces of content than it is to start from scratch.
This content marketing strategy plan helps you gain traffic with blog posts, share your content on social media and through email, and gain subscribers with a report that can be used as a freebie.
Below is a more in-depth look into why you should consider following the content marketing strategy above.
Repurposing extends the lifespan of your content, ensuring you get the most value from your initial effort.
One you set this up, you can easily add the campaign to your social media and emails every three to six months.
By creating multiple pieces of content around a central topic, you can improve your blog’s SEO and visibility on search engines.
We all want more traffic and search engines reward blogs that help people. By having a series you’re digging deep into issues that interest readers.
Engage Your Audience
Different formats and angles keep your audience engaged and interested in your content.
Repurposing into various formats allows you to tap into different platforms and reach a wider audience.
Consistently producing quality content on a specific topic helps establish you as an authority in your niche.
Repurposing saves time compared to creating entirely new content from scratch.
This example of a content strategy not only enhances your authority but also provides valuable resources for your audience.
It positions you as a go-to source for techniques and strategies, attracting more readers and potential customers to your blog.
But remember, repurposing content isn’t just about being resourceful; it’s about maximizing your impact. By following this content strategy, you enhance your blog’s authority and reach and provide your audience with valuable tools to tackle issues or challenges they’re facing.
You become their trusted source, attracting more readers and potential customers to your blog.
So, take the plunge into the world of content repurposing and using your PLR content for maximum effect, and watch your blog flourish as you empower others.
P.S. You can follow the above content marketing strategy plan with your own content or PLR that you own. It requires work, but once you have a system down – you can work through the steps faster. With my PLR product – Blog Series & Marketing Kit – most of the steps above have been done for you.
