Products, services, and training created by Your Essential Toolbox are the intellectual property of Your Essential Toolbox.
The products are created for informational purposes. You are responsible for your use of any products, services, or training you’ve purchased.
We offer different terms of use for our products, so make sure that you adhere to the correct ones you purchased. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms of use.
Due to the nature of the products at Your Essential Toolbox any products, services, or training purchased are non-refundable.
You’ll get lifetime access to the products. This means that as long as these products exist you’ll have access to them. If at any time Your Essential Toolbox retires the product or it is discontinued you will no longer have access. I will try to make sure you’re given enough time to download or move the product into your account (Canva) before discontinuing, but I cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to download before that happens.
You are not allowed to share any of your digital downloads or files. If you are discovered doing so, your access will be revoked immediately and you will not get a refund to your purchase.
We can modify the terms of use at any time without notice.

[YES] Can use the graphics to create and post videos on video sharing sites/blogs, etc.
[NO] Cannot claim copyright to the templates
[NO] Cannot resell the templates
[NO] You may NOT sell or giveaway private label rights (non-transferable PLR) – so you can’t sell the templates to others
[NO] Can be added to membership sites with resell and master resell rights
[NO] Cannot use my name as author
These are specifically created for you to use as your own. So feel free to use them how you wish. I won’t get mad if you use them as is. That is why it was created. I suggest you personalize it first but you don’t have to.
You are not allowed to sell the Canva Templates to others as done for you, white label, commercial use, or private label rights to your buyers.
So, your customers get personal use rights only if are using to create products.
You’re also not allowed to give your customers master resell rights or resell rights of any kind included. This means you cannot sell this to others to resell.
These Canva templates are for you to use in your own personal business. You can modify them and use them in products you sell for personal use rights to your audience. You cannot sell, giveaway or resell these Canva templates as templates.

If you purchase a PLR Resell License rights, please follow the terms below:
With the PLR Resell License, you can use them in your business and pass on commercial use rights to your customers.
If you buy this license to make sure that everyone isn’t selling the same product I require that you:
1. Modify the Canva Templates before you sell them. This can include adding graphics, changing colors, and adding or deleting elements.
2. To answer your questions… Yes, you can use these in your PLR Products, Low Content Commercial Use Products, and any products that you sell as a PLR launch or in your store – just make sure to follow #1 above. 🙂
